The Thrasher House t-hooks are now available in a 3-pack. If you want some extras or want to choose different lengths, this is for you!
Small - Standard 3 in. loop (7.62 cm) in black
Medium - 4.5 in. loop (11.43 cm) in black, (red discontinued)
Large - 6 in. loop (15.24 cm) in brown and orange multi
They come with metal loop protectors that fit under the speed bag loop.
Made from paracord! It shortens the action of the swivel by decreasing the distance from the drum to the ball.
*If we are out of stock on any of these colors, we will replace it with a color of our choice, that is available. You cannot pick your own colors.

Our paracord t-hooks are wearable parts. That is why we offer a 3-pack to add on to your order. They wear faster if they are not hanging correctly. The metal loop saver should always be under the loop of your bag. We have many videos, specifically one titled, "How to hang a speed bag on the Thrasher House Swivel." located in our Video Library, video #2.
Wearable parts are not under warranty and cannot be refunded.

Having different length choices has certainly helped me with my training. I can slow the ball down to practice. It even lowers the ball ever so slightly so I don't have to adjust my board height as much. That helps with the shoulder injury.
The Thrashers are the only guys that I can find that do this.
